Our website address is: https://christmasinelmhurst.org.  Christmas In Elmhurst is an annual event hosted by churches in Elmhurst and the surrounding area.  Most data is processed by West Suburban Community Church in Elmhurst, IL.

Age restrictions

While none of our content is deemed inappropriate for children, this site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.  Children under the age of 13 shall not visit this website without parental consent, and under no circumstances shall a child under the age of 13 submit an order through our online shop.

Prohibited actions

Under no circumstances shall anyone launch malicious actions against this site or the content herein.  This includes but is not limited to: port scans, automated spidering of webpages for purposes other than search engine visibility, SQL injections, privileged escalations, cross site scripting, or interception of traffic for which your endpoint is not the intended party.



By ordering an item on our site labeled “pre-order”, you understand that the item is not yet ready, and will be delivered as soon as possible after completion.  While in most cases pre-orders will be delivered much sooner (usually within a month or two of the concert), we shall not be deemed in breach of contract unless fulfillment takes longer than 1 year (365 days) from the last concert date of the particular concert year ordered.


Refunds shall only be issued if fulfillment of an order exceeds 1 year (365 days) from the last concert date of the particular concert year ordered.  If an item is delivered damaged, it shall be replaced for the same or similar item.  All other refunds are issued at the discretion of the seller only.

Limitation of rights

By accepting these terms, you agree to waive your right to class action or mass tort lawsuits against the seller.  All disputes must be settled in small claims court or by arbitration.  All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Illinois.
